SEFRAS Hansen’s disease work proposal is guided by the fight and elimination of the disease in Brazil, within a Franciscan perspective of solidarity and commitment to the less favored, through welcoming, listening, care, defense and social support to poor families affected by Hansen’s disease, awareness and promotion of human rights and the fight for public health policies aimed at this population.
